Property Inspection Data: Photos and compliance data submitted during Zone 0 self-inspections. Photos are processed on-device or on sovereign hardware and are never shared with third parties.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Provide, operate, and maintain our civil defense and disaster resilience services.
Deliver real-time disaster alerts and safety notifications relevant to your location.
Enable offline mesh networking for emergency communication.
Process Zone 0 property inspections using on-device AI models.
Calculate community compliance metrics (aggregated, anonymized).
Improve and optimize the application experience.
Comply with legal obligations and protect public safety.

4. On-Device AI Processing

Trinetra uses on-device AI models (Liquid AI LFM) for property inspection processing. This means:

Photos stay on your device. Property inspection photos are processed locally using on-device AI models.
No cloud photo sharing. Photos are never transmitted to cloud servers or shared with insurance partners.
Compliance scores only. Only numerical compliance scores and category-level results are stored on our servers.
Sovereign hardware. When cloud processing is used (for advanced analysis), it runs on sovereign infrastructure that we control, not third-party AI services.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data in the following circumstances:

Emergency Services: With disaster response agencies when necessary for public safety.
Insurance Partners (VaaS): Only aggregated compliance scores and category results — never photos, personal addresses, or individual identity.
Service Providers: With third-party providers that help us operate our services (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics).
Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights and safety.

6. Truth Ledger

All significant actions on Trinetra (inspections, compliance changes, reward distributions) are recorded on our Truth Ledger — a cryptographically hashed, append-only audit trail. This ensures:

Immutability: Records cannot be altered after creation.
Transparency: Every action has a verifiable cryptographic proof.
Privacy: The ledger stores hashes and metadata, not raw personal data or photos.

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your information, including:

JWT-based authentication with HS256 signing
Role-based access control (RBAC) with permission-level granularity
Account lockout protection (5 failed attempts / 15-minute window)
Session management with 30-minute inactivity timeout

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Data Retention

We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
