Community Compliance Data
As a responder, you benefit from the community's property compliance data:
- Zone 0 inspections — Properties that have completed self-inspections are flagged in the system
- Resilience Buffer — Compliant properties receive Priority 1 (CRITICAL) status during SAR operations, meaning your team knows which homes are structurally hardened
- Mitigation Hike data — Shows which neighborhoods are actively engaged in fire prevention
In practice: During a wildfire response, you can see which properties in your response zone have completed EMBER compliance, helping prioritize search and rescue operations.
Inspector Override (Field Inspectors)
If you have the field_inspector role, you can also:
- View the inspection queue — Residents who requested professional verification
- Claim inspections — Assign yourself to a pending inspection
- Conduct on-site audits — Walk through the 15 EMBER categories with per-item verdicts
- Submit override results — Your professional assessment overrides the AI score
- Truth Ledger logging — All inspector overrides are cryptographically recorded
Access: Quick Access > Inspector Dashboard (appears if you have inspector permissions)
